Dara P. Goings
I practice exclusively in the area of Family and Matrimonial Law. I represent clients throughout the divorce process. I utilize my background in Psychology-Based Human Relations to assist clients in navigating the sensitive and complex aspects of divorce including, child custody and parental access, child support and alimony, post-majority educational support and the distribution of income and assets. I work with individuals contemplating marriage by drafting prenuptial agreements and also work with spouses to draft post-nuptial agreements during the marriage. I further assist clients following a divorce or other final judgment in various enforcement and modification actions.
