John W. Bradley, Jr. focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, administrative and municipal law. He is a skilled and successful litigator with over twenty five years' experience in handling complex litigation including product liability, insurance coverage, land use, commercial, construction and tax disputes. He has represented many Connecticut municipalities including serving as town attorney and as special counsel. He is a frequent speaker at seminars on municipal, land use and historic preservation issues. Recently, he was a member of a team that successfully obtained approval for a wood burning electric power generating plant in eastern Connecticut. He successfully represented a Gulf War Widow in what is believed to be the first case in the nation to find that a military veteran's pancreatic cancer was caused by exposure to the chemical lindane which was used in the delousing of Iraqi prisoners. He represents many non-profit corporations in construction and real estate disputes. Attorney Bradley has made a career of achieving cost efficient and expeditious results for his clients.
