Joseph B. Burns served as Rome McGuigan's Managing Principal from 2012-2015, having spent the previous 25 years as an associate and then principal of the firm. Mr. Burns has a long and varied career as a litigator in state and federal courts and for the past twenty years has concentrated in civil and commercial litigation and appeals, personal injury litigation, intellectual property litigation and investigations.
