Matthew J. Hoberman has broad experience representing secured and unsecured lenders, officials and distressed investors in out-of-court restructurings, workouts and other distressed situations. Attorney Hoberman regularly advises financial institutions, equity investors, debt investors, finance companies, insurers and sureties to enforce creditors' rights and to achieve strategic goals in the context of structured transactions, loan workout and debt restructurings.
